COVID-19 Update

Due to the recent surge of COVID-19 cases in Springfield, Missouri and the surrounding areas, the agency will temporarily be moving to an operational change effective immediately. We will be accepting guests into our offices BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you have business with the agency that must be conducted in person, you will need to schedule an appointment with one of our agency personnel before coming to the office. At that time, you will need to wear a mask according to City Health ordinance or be aware that you will be supplied a mask and asked to wear it during your visit. Our decision to make these changes is to protect both our clients and staff during these uncertain times and increased incidence of COVID.

Also, please be aware that most all business transactions related to your policy can be handled by phone or online through your insurance company’s portal. We can take payments, make changes, and in most cases even bind coverage via phone or e-mail. Do not hesitate to utilize these available resources to avoid unnecessary trips into the office. If you must stop by for in-person services, our business hours have not changed. We are available to assist you Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our office is closed from 11:30 -12:30 daily for lunch hour. We are happy to set a convenient appointment for you that will accommodate your schedule during these hours.
