COVID-19 Response from Loomis Insurance Agency
As of March 23, Loomis Insurance Agency will be closing our office to the public entry. This includes our customers. If you need to make a payment, you can call the office at 417-881-1661, and we will help you pay over the phone by check, debit or credit card. If you must pay in cash, we will have an option for you that will not require you to enter our office. Receipts will be mailed or emailed to you. We are taking these steps to ensure that we can continue to provide services to our customers during this Pandemic. Most of our Company providers have various payment options and you should receive an invoice by mail that can be sent back to the company for premium payment. Claims notification should also be made to our agency personnel by phone at 417-881-1661. Those wishing to get a quote can call 417-881-1661, and an agent will assist you over the phone. These additional measures are being taken to help provide a safer environment for our clients, our employees and those in our community, as the numbers infected by the COVID-19 virus continue to increase. A notice is also posted on our office door. We continue to receive larger than normal customer inquiries on a verity of topics.
