Starting April 16th, 2021, Springfield, MO will enter the Yellow Phase of the city’s COVID-19 Road to Recovery Plan. Business occupancy limitations for our office will be removed during this phase of the plan. This will once again allow us to open our doors to the public and no longer require appointments.

Our office hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-Th and 8:00 AM to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays and closed for lunch between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. daily. Please remember that masks and social distancing are still required in all businesses in the city during Yellow Phase.

We will continue to strive to provide as safe and clean of an environment for you as we can.

We understand that many are still concerned about the risks of COVID-19, and you may not want to sit in our waiting area to see an agent. We can still schedule a convenient appointment time for you if you wish. However, be aware that appointments are no longer necessary and that other individuals may be setting in our waiting area when you arrive. Also, we can still transact most business related to your policy such as payments, changes, and in most cases bind coverage via phone or e-mail. Do not hesitate to utilize these resources if you wish to avoid trips to our office. You can reach us at 417-881-1661, or toll free at 1-800-743-7205.

Thank you for your patience over the last year during these unprecedented events. We look forward to seeing all of you again in person.
